Put aside 1 hour a day and read / complete this document. Read Several times through the day to keep you on track. DO NOT SKIP ANYTHING ON HERE. READ ALL

How to use this guide

Assign Maximum 2 projects (High priority)

Read this document FIRST THING in the morning and LAST THING during the night, and LOG on the calendar. This will help you stay on track.

Spend 1 hour a day on this document (And your personal Statement)

Quick ideas on how to find extra 1 hour: Reduce your phone use, have quick shower / dump. Don’t watch random videos. Don’t do small talk. HAVE A PLAN at the start of the day before you even touch your cock

Under Focus, write all things that are important to you for the next 30 days. These can be a combination of your values, goals, and improvements or even an important task. Just fill in the tables and read them daily. Highlight the VERY IMPORTANT ones.

 

Achievements

Must be able to measure.

Under each achievement take notes before going to bed, on how you performed and include the current MEASURE number on each day. E.g. if your goal is to increase your mailing list to 400, write down how many new subscribers you acquired on that day.

I recommend adding a maximum of 9 Achievements under each product. Remember Achievements are NOT a To-Do-List! Each achievement will have it’s own To-Do List, which you do not need to share.

Break down achievements in smaller tasks. Have clear outcomes by the end of the month.

After you have assigned Achievement and methods, now try to make them fun, by assigning location to each achievement. E.g. where would you be carrying out this work? If you are in the same place and around the same people all the time, you will get bored.

Some example of unmeasurable tasks:

  1. Become Better at Playing the Guitar
  2. Make More Money
  3. Become Fit
  4. Eat Healthier
  5. Wake up on time
  6. Have more customers
  7. Improve website traffic
  8. More Instagram Engagement
  9. Sell new product

Some example of replacing above with measurable tasks:

  1. Play all of Metallica’s Nothing Else Matters guitar chords, by end of next month, by completing and practicing the Pro Guitar tutorial on YouTube.
  2. Have $300 extra income by end of next month via selling my old stuff on eBay
  3. Be able to perform 10 pullups by the end of next month by practicing the AbsOnFire Pullup guide everyday.
  4. Shop only organic food and stop eating anything that has sugar. No chocolate for the whole month. No more cow’s milk. To achieve this, I will create a shopping list before going out shopping and prepare meals in advance to avoid eating junk .
  5. Wake up at 6:30 AM Every Morning by putting an alarm on my phone.
  6. Acquire 10 more clients by the end of the month by running a Facebook and Instagram ad campaign offering exclusive deals.
  7. Create 10% more traffic compared to last month. Guest publish articles in other relevant blogs. By contacting the bloggers and coming up with a deal. I will offer to include their banner for services on my website in exchange for my article getting a Follow link to my website. I will also publish 3 more articles, with subjects related to the top 3 best performing keywords on my website.
  8. Create 400 more followers by the end of the month. Spend 1 hour a day and upload high quality photos daily on my Instagram, with relevant hashtags. Also follow other people daily and like other posts with similar hashtags. I will also run a competition, giving away 1 hour free consultancy, but the users need to follow me and tag a friend in order to enter.
  9. Find 10 new products to sell by the end of this month, for my online store, available within 2 month on my shop. Visit all tradeshows this month, analyse the market, find out which products may bring in profit, including white labelling costs etc. Make a final decision by the end of the month of which ones to order.
